What's In It?

Directions: As a dietary supplement, mix one to two heaping scoops (30 grams/scoop) with 12 to 16 ounces of water 30 to 60 minutes prior to exercise/athletic event. For events which are long in duration (an hour or more), are high intensity, and/or are performed in high temperatures, a second serving should be taken immediately following.
