Directions: Follow all directions carefully. Take 1 capsule of 7-Phenyl Stack™ in the morning 1 hour prior to breakfast. Eat a reduced calorie breakfast. Wait at least 4 hours. Take 1 capsule of 7-Phenyl Stack™ 1 hour to lunch. Eat a reduced calorie lunch. Enjoy a sensible dinner.

If you become accustomed to the strength of takine one (1) capsule before meals you may choose to increase your dosage to two (2) capsules before meals. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day.
